SuppIQ may collect information you enter or save, including your name, email address, goals, biological sex, date of birth, activity level, supplement products, serving sizes, ingredient facts, source URLs, monthly cost estimates, product status, history activity, and goal check-ins.

How We Use Information

We use this information to create and maintain your account, organize your supplement stack, estimate ingredient totals, support dashboard and history features, improve product quality, and provide educational supplement intelligence.

Product Lookup

When you search for or verify a supplement, SuppIQ may process your query, product URL, and lookup result through third-party services used for product lookup and structured data extraction. Product data may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unavailable. You are responsible for confirming all Supplement Facts against the manufacturer label before relying on them.

When you use Ask SuppIQ, your question and relevant stack context—including products, ingredient totals, goals, calculated insights, recent stack activity, and goal check-ins—may be processed by OpenAI to generate an answer. SuppIQ does not include your name or email address in the Ask SuppIQ prompt. Do not include personal, medical, or other sensitive information in your question.

Third-Party Services

SuppIQ uses third-party services for hosting, authentication, database storage, cloud functions, product lookup, payment processing, subscription management, tax calculation, invoices, receipts, customer portal access, and related infrastructure, including Firebase, OpenAI-powered lookup services, and Stripe. These services may process information according to their own terms and privacy policies.

Payments

When you purchase or manage a paid plan, payment details are handled by Stripe. SuppIQ does not store full payment card numbers. SuppIQ may store account plan status, Stripe customer ID, subscription ID, subscription status, purchase status, cancellation status, current billing period details, and related billing metadata to provide access to paid features.

Data Accuracy

SuppIQ is an educational tool. Supplement labels, ingredient amounts, serving sizes, and product information may contain errors or may change without notice. You should verify all product information directly with the manufacturer and consult a qualified professional before making health decisions.

Your Responsibility

Do not enter information you do not want processed by SuppIQ or its service providers. You are responsible for the information you enter, the products you save, and any decisions you make based on information shown in SuppIQ.
