SuppIQ does not guarantee that any product data, Supplement Facts, serving size, cost, source URL, confidence score, dashboard calculation, report, or recommendation-style message is complete, accurate, current, or suitable for your situation.

Ask SuppIQ uses automated AI to explain your saved stack and provide general educational information. Answers and linked sources may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your situation. Do not use Ask SuppIQ to diagnose a condition, evaluate medication interactions, or replace advice from a doctor or pharmacist.

No Guarantees

Supplement effects vary by person. SuppIQ makes no warranties or guarantees regarding accuracy, outcomes, effectiveness, safety, savings, goal support, dashboard scores, product availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Paid Plans And Billing

SuppIQ offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans may include higher product limits, report access, expanded stack history, advanced ingredient insights, and other paid features. Current plan details, pricing, taxes, renewal terms, and available features are shown at checkout or in related plan materials.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Stripe. SuppIQ does not store full payment card numbers. Stripe may collect and process payment details, billing address, tax information, invoices, receipts, and related transaction data according to Stripe's terms and privacy policy.

Subscription Renewal And Cancellation

Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. You can manage or cancel your subscription through the account page or Stripe customer portal. If you cancel, access may continue until the end of the current billing period unless Stripe or SuppIQ processes an immediate cancellation.

Taxes

Applicable taxes may be calculated and collected at checkout based on billing information and Stripe Tax configuration.

Plan Limits

SuppIQ may enforce product limits by plan. If a subscription is downgraded, canceled, expired, unpaid, or otherwise inactive, access to products or features above the current plan limit may be restricted.

Third-Party Services

SuppIQ may rely on third-party services for hosting, authentication, database storage, cloud functions, product lookup, search, structured extraction, payment processing, and analytics. These third-party services operate under their own terms and policies.
